  • Paul is a leadership learning and development entrepreneur and Founder/CEO of Mastering Leadership Agility Ltd (MLA); operating across the world, with Mette Lendal as fellow Director, located in Denmark and supported by an international team of Master Trainers. Focus is on helping people create the essential communication-relationship-knowledge generation/exchange conditions for personal, organisational and community: renewal, survival and thriving.
  • Paul is also Global Head of Leadership Practice for Creative Leadership in Asia, operating from the Asia-Pacific learning hub which is Singapore.
