Consulting is a process that helps to surface and identify the right ‘treatment’ for what ‘ails’ the organisation, department/team or individual/s. In that respect a more diagnostic approach is what is needed. We use Psychometrics and Organisational surveys, to help us plan the next series of actions based on what is most needed.
We call this part of TUNING IN offering and is integrated in Phase 2 of our Learning Journey.
